OK... So I go back to work on Monday. I'm really sad about it, but at the same time, really happy.

I miss my co-workers, but most of all I miss getting paid!! I'll miss Shelby when she's at the sitters, but I know she'll be in good hands...

Since Boy-san is off from school this week, we went to see a Cry Baby Matinee... Which was The Dark Knight... He started having a fit in the last 10 minutes of the movie.. He wanted an icee and also started getting really ANNOYING. Needless to say, we won't be at the movies again anytime soon.

Well... I finally made it to 37 weeks.

At my last appointment, I was about 1CM dilated.
I had lost a chunk of my mucous plug.
I also had some bloody show.
Starting to have some contractions - nothing regular or too painful yet..

So, we shall see what I'm like at my next appointment, which is next Tuesday...

Well... A few months have flown by since I last wrote in this thing...

I don't usually write in here, but either on Xanga or not at all...

Let's see... Well #2 will be here in a few months... 2 to be exact... It's a girl, and we're excited... I'm due on May 27th... I have a strange feeling that this time, it'll come sooner than later.

I have a shower on Friday at work.. It's hillarious.... More on it later... I have to make sure to bring my camera so that someone can take pictures for me on that day...

Not much else is happening at work... We've taken on a new person, and hopefully, he works out and stays longer than August... :) He's really good... I couldn't ask for a better employee... :)

You know... I know sooooooooo many people pregnant right now.. It's not even funny.. Someone's even due on my birthday!! NUTS!! Most of the people I know are having girls, with a few boys thrown in here and there... :)

Oh well... Time to go work on my cards...

As much as I hated LA, I actually miss it.. I enjoyed being on my own, and playing "tourist". I can't wait to go to the OC.. :) That should be a totally different adventure. But, I totally look forward to coming home.

There are still so many things I'd want to do in LA... I miss my homie, who is getting hitched soon... I'm sad I didn't get to spend a whole lot of time with her... and I'm kinda bummed that I won't be able to share in their special day.

Let's see.. I've been totally MIA from the blog scene for a while.

I've started scrapbooking again, well make that cardmaking... I made a whole bunch of cards when I was home sick for a few days.

Speaking of sick... My whole family (DH, DS and I) all had some kind of stomach virus. Poor things.. I had it first, then DS got it, then DH got it. DS and I feel better, but I have some sort of sore throat that I'm trying to shake, but haven't been successful at it yet.

Hmm.. Not much else is happening atm... Just trying to keep my head above water.

But, I'll end it like this....

I guess some things never change.... The cycles keep on going, no matter how hard you try to stop them.

OK.. So I went to Williams Sonoma on Friday to buy some stuff. I'm glad I went, because they now sell SPRINKLES cupcake mixes!! They even tell you how to make the frosting and stuff. I can't wait to make them! Of course, I could always wait till LA to go and get some... hehe.. But who cares!

Christmas 2006

Well.. Christmas came and went... We opened presents, and some we opened a day (or two) late. Ricky got a lot of gifts. Lots of toys, some CD's, books, and clothes. I forgot to let him open his stocking, so I'll let him do that tonight. I also have to post some pictures I took at some of our Christmas Parties. I also got some video clips that I need to share as well. :)

So.. Now the next big event is New Years. We shall see how that goes. My FIL is kinda :P about the whole thing. His sister (DH's aunt) suggested (because of numerous responses/comments) that for Grandpa's (their father) 95th bday, and asked if they could combine it with the annual New Years Eve party. FIL says that if they DO have a party for Grandpa's birthday combined with New Years, he's taking off to Vegas. You know what... I think he should go to Vegas. God, it'll beat having to spend it listening to him fricken complain about everything. My MIL should just stand up and speak her mind. Frick, it's not as if we don't help her prep and whatnot. I don't see what's so hard about it. We already had Christmas at their house. It's pretty much clean anyway. :P But ugghhh.. He's such a grumpy old man. Now I know why my husband's grandpa favors my aunty more.

We're supposed to go shopping tonight... I actually want to take Ricky so that he can take pictures with Santa Clause, if there is one... Hopefully he's not scared out of his pants by the man in the red suit. We shall see what happens.

I'm still thinking of sending New Year's Cards. I didn't quite get around to making CHRISTMAS cards this year, so.. Yeah.. I suck.. :P

I'm SO proud of my little guy and his daddy is a genius too. I can finally say that I don't have to pin him down to give him his medicine anymore!! He can actually stand there and he'll open his mouth for me to give him the medicine. Sometimes he'll even ask for more!! The secret.... Reid started giving him juice in the medicine dropper. So he associated the "medicine juice" with medicine. :) It's so awesome!!!

Goodbye Brownie

For a couple of weeks now, My sister's dog Brownie hasn't been doing too good. She was very lethargic and hasn't really been eating. She has also had numerous growths on her body in various places. She was a really good dog. She'd come up to you and actually sit next to you in such a way that her body was touching yours.

For a while, My dad has been telling my sister that she really should take Brownie to the Vet. And Finally yesterday, she did. Brownie wasn't doing too well. The had found out she had some internal growths (one close to her heart) and also was having some liver problems. Long story short, Brownie didn't come home last night from the Vet. :( We are all saddened by our loss. She was a great dog, and a great "baby" to my sister. She lived a long "84" (dog years) year life. She will always be remembered as the greatest watchdog ever.

We'll miss you Brownie.

Starting Fresh...

OK.. So, I just converted to this Blogger Beta stuff. Still the same, yet only now you can add TAGS.. How insane is that? I think it's pretty cool.

So I was off yesterday. I had to stay home with Ricky just in case he got a relapse. I got called on Monday because the poor guy threw up like 2x at school. No fever, but threw up. It was pretty unexplained as to why he threw up though. I brought him home and we hung out for a bit before everyone started coming home. After we went to Costco, he threw up again. But still no fever.

Since it was unofficially my day off yesterday, I got to do all of the things that I don't normally get to do when I'm home and Reid isn't. I got to wrap PRESENTS! I still need to go to Ben Franklin to buy some puffy paint to decorate my stockings that I got for the guys. :) Sounds like FUN! I have NO idea whatsoever on how to decorate those things. Oh well.

So.. Lets see.. I still have to finish my Christmas shopping. BAH!! I gotta make my list of things to do.

1. Take car in for servicing on Saturday.
2. Finish up getting gifts.
3. Finish wrapping gifts.
